Dogsitting and pet care services on Amager!!

Hi! My name is Mariam and I am an exchange student here in Copenhagen for the year! I study psychology at DIS, and in my free time, I like to hang out with friends, read books, and hang out with my dog, Bennie. I grew up with pets my entire life, and now my family has a dog named Bennie. Bennie is four years old and has some special needs. He is a very reactive dog, so before I was allowed to take him on walks, I had to learn to handle his aggression around children and strangers. He is also very territorial of his mother, so I had to learn to manage his outbursts to me and others in our family when he felt like his mom was threatened. He has anxiety and a bone condition, so I have learned to manage his medications and make sure he takes them on time everyday. I love Bennie and I love being around dogs, no matter their size, temperament, or breed. I miss living with my dog right now, so working with dogs sounds like a great time to spend my time here in Copenhagen!
