Hi! I’m Felix, I’m 31 years old and I live in Copenhagen with my fiancé. I’ve always grown up with dogs, and since I moved out (a long time ago), I’ve dog-sat lots of different dogs—some for friends and family, and others through apps or the “Hot Dog House,” a cozy doggy daycare that used to be just around the corner from my place in Amsterdam. I’ve always wanted a dog of my own, but it’s a big commitment, so dog-sitting has been the perfect alternative. It gives me my monthly dog dose and keeps that part of my life very much alive. Now I live in Copenhagen, in a spacious apartment with a small balcony, just a few minutes’ walk from Frederiksberg Park—perfect for daily walks and some outdoor playtime. Over the years, I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs: big energetic ones who love to run, sensitive dogs who need a calm environment, and smaller breeds like labradoodles or poodle mixes. I really enjoy adapting to each dog’s needs—whether it’s long walks, cuddle time, or just offering a consistent and calm presence at home.
