Dog lover looking for passing opportunities!

I am a 31-yr old American female living in Copenhagen studying to be a pædagog. I love dogs but sadly cannot own one in my andelsbolig, so I would love to have the opportunity to watch others’ pets when they are in need! I’m loyal, trustworthy, open and good at communicating with both pets and their owners in both Danish and English :) I am open to sitting dogs of all breeds and sizes - I love all of our furry friends. As a student I am quite available and flexible and would not need to be away for more than a few hours at a time. I am open to watching dogs either in their own homes or in my apartment, which is overall quite spacious and has good space for your pet to explore and feel home in. I myself had a needy and skittish dog growing up, so I truly understand the importance of being patient and open when a dog is getting to know you. Any relationship takes time to build up, and I would do everything I could to ensure the owner feels safe and secure in me watching their dog. I have watched various of my friends dogs and other pets, and have been around animals my whole life. I live in a 72m2 apartment in Nordvest on the ground floor. It is a slight split level, meaning the main floor has the bedroom, bathroom, and a spacious kitchen, and then there are a few steps down to the living room. Depending on the animals’ needs I would let it roam the whole apartment or keep it in the roomy, light, and airy living room. I am a few hundred meters from Bispebjerg Kirkegaard, Utterslev Mose, and Lersøpark for great walking opportunities. If your dog likes to go out and meet others, one of my good friends owns a dog-friendly pub in Østerbro where your dog would always be welcome!
