Simone and Jonas took great care of Daniel Spaniel and sent regular updates while we were away. We would definitely use them again!

Simone and Jonas were excellent! It is clear they really love animals and treated our dog incredibly well. We wish we’d found them sooner!

We had a great experience with Simone & Jonas. We needed to do some last minute travel to see a dying grandparent, and Simone & Jonas were quick to respond, easy to work with, accommodating, attentive, and kind. 
They were so perceptive of what we’d soon be going through - traveling internationally, on short notice, with a toddler for the first time, all in order to meet with lots of family and make the most of our time there - and they were happy to adjust communications during our trip to help keep things as manageable as possible. All this was one of the first indications I had that they would take excellent care of our dear family dog Fievel. The meet-and-greet went smoothly, and Jonas especially understood so well what I shared about the kinds of behaviors in new people that can help ease any greeting anxiety for Fievel. Both Simone and Jonas were calm, patient, and unfazed by our dog’s sometimes boisterous initial greeting. I was also so impressed when Simone took note of an incidental comment I made about Fievel’s favorite dog toy, as Simone reminded me at the conclusion of our successful meet-and-greet to also bring that most treasured toy over too when we do the final hand-over. We could easily trust that it would not get lost while we were away, and of course, it did not! Good care to us means not only good care of our dog, but good care of the things he cares about - which naturally includes not only his favorite toys, but also his people, and on that note I can even share that Jonas was a wonderful person for me to talk to during hand-off, as we chatted about some common experiences he and I have with relatives and situations like the one we were preparing to travel for. It turns out that Jonas’s thoughts and experiences helped me better prepare for saying a hard goodbye to my grandfather. For this I cannot say thank you enough. We received regular updates during our time away from Fievel, with picture proof that they were all getting along just fine, and (whenever the two were not together) Simone and Jonas coordinated well with each other to keep us in touch with whichever one of them was with Fievel at the time.
